This is the winning design from the Tie One On, Scarf One Up contest! This is the scarf that was produced from that design. The fabric was printed by Kent State University Fashion School. The scarves were sewn in Vermont, the project is American Made.

The scarf measures 17 inches wide by 34 inches long.

All proceeds go to benefit Community Services of Stark County. (An agency which feeds the hungry and houses homeless women & children).
